Your role will involve planning engaging, age-appropriate activities, supporting children's development and personal care needs, and helping to create a positive environment that promotes learning and well-being.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
Observe and track children's progress, documenting their achievements and developmental milestones.
Build and maintain strong relationships with children and their families, ensuring open and effective communication.
Support children's emotional well-being, providing comfort, encouragement, and reassurance.
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a creative, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
Ensure a robust understanding and implementation of safeguarding practices.
Contribute actively to fostering a welcoming and inclusive setting for all children.
Requirements: Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or an equivalent qualification.
Prior experience in a nursery or early years setting is desirable.
A caring and enthusiastic attitude, with a genuine passion for early childhood education.
