Nursery Practitioner Level 3 Full Time (Parttime can be considered) Permanent Studley B80 7EN Up to 11.70 per hour Introduction Are you pionate about nurturing young minds and creating a stimulating environment for children to learn and grow We are seeking dedicated Nursery Practitioners to join our friendly and professional team within the Childcare and Education industry.
This role is a vital part of our commitment to providing highquality early years education and care.
Role Summary As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner you will play a key role in the daily care and development of children aged 05 years.
Working closely with senior practitioners and managers you will ensure that each child feels safe supported and encouraged to explore their world through play and structured activities.
This position is perfect for newly qualified and experienced individuals who are eager to expand their ss and make a meaningful impact on young lives.
Key Responsibilities Support the planning and delivery of a diverse range of activities designed to stimulate and engage children ist in the daily routines including feeding changing and ensuring children s safety Observe and monitor children s progress reporting any concerns to senior staff Build positive relationships with children parents and colleagues Maintain a clean safe and welcoming environment for children Follow all safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the welfare of every child Essential Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent Basic understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework Strong communication and interpersonal ss Ability to work as part of a team A caring and patient attitude towards children Desirable Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting First Aid certification Knowledge of safeguarding practices Benefits Competitive salary package Opportunities for professional development and training Additional annual leave Social events Supportive and inclusive working environment Staff discounts on childcare services Referral programme Health Cash Plan & Cashback scheme Additional info Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
