Nursery Practitioner Pay dependable on experience.
Starting from £12.90 to £14.56 an hour.
Full time is desirable; however, part time can be considered for the right individual.
8 – 10 hour shifts / Monday to Friday.
Location – Taunton Teaching Personnel have been approached on behalf of a nursery manager for a nursery practitioner to join their team.
The individual they are looking for needs to be enthusiastic, dedicated and passionate.
The right candidate will understand the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and a genuine interest for working with young children.
If you are prepared to deliver high-quality care and education for children aged 3 months to 5 years, promoting their development in a safe and stimulating environment, then this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver excellent care and learning experiences in line with the EYFS.
Engage in stimulating behaviour adapted to the individual needs of each child.
Monitor, assess, and record children's progress to track progress.
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and the team.
Ensure that safeguarding and health & safety policies are constantly followed.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
This advert is for a temporary position.
In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
