Nursery Practitioner - Teaching Assistant - TA - Education and Training - Early Years - EYFS Position: Nursery Practitioner Location: Harlow Salary Scale: £84-£120 per day Contract Type: Full-time Start Date: ASAP Key Responsibilities: As a Nursery Practitioner you will plan and deliver stimulating and age-appropriate activities for children aged 0-5 years.
Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued.
As a Nursery Practitioner you will o bserve and assess children's development, maintaining accurate records and contributing to individual learning plans.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff, fostering a supportive community atmosphere.
As a Nursery Practitioner you will e nsure compliance with all regulatory requirements and nursery policies, including safeguarding and health and safety standards.
Requirements: A relevant childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, Early Years Educator, or equivalent).
Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to childcare.
