Nursery Practitioner

An established nursery in Guildford is seeking a passionate and caring Nursery Practitioner to join their dedicated team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment, promoting each child's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  Key Responsibilities: Plan and implement engaging activities tailored to children's age and developmental stage.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and growth.
Build strong relationships with parents and carers to provide regular feedback on children's progress.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high standards of care and education.
Maintain records and contribute to the child's learning journey documentation.
Requirements: NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent).
Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.
Strong understanding of EYFS guidelines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
