Nursery Practitioner

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our team.
As a Nursery Room Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursery room and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children.
This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for early childhood education.
Duties: - Supervise and manage a team of nursery staff members - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum - Provide a safe and secure environment for children - Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, progress, and development - Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's day and progress - Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations of the nursery - Assist in training new staff members - Adhere to all health and safety regulations Skills: - Experience working in a nursery or childcare setting - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices - Ability to drive positive behavior management techniques - Proficient in English language (additional language skills are a plus) - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong organisational skills with attention to detail We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for professional growth within the organisation.
