1 x Early Years Nursery Assistant / Nursery Practitioner - (Level 2 or 3) 1 x Room Leader or Floor Manager (Level 3+) We are currently looking for enthusiastic staff at our fabulous, independent outstanding rated children's day nursery and preschool.

Key skills and duties: Most importantly, to have energy, enthusiasm, empathy, a sense of adventure and fun!
:) Help with the planning, creative and fun opportunities according to childrens needs and interests to fulfil the requirements of the EYFS.
(Full training and support is provided for candidates looking to start their childcare career) To develop good strong relationships and communication with children parents/carers.
Working creatively with children so they develop, learn and grow.
Ensuring all children have equal access to opportunities to learn and develop.
Key skills: Hold a relevant Early Years qualification equivalent to Level 3 or above.
Experience of working with the EYFS/Early years foundation stage.
Experience of working with children in an early learning environment Good communications skills A team player Previous leadership experience is a bonus but not essential.
