This versatile role will see you doing a bit of everything.You'll be managing the day to day running of the nursery and growing operations.They work with a huge variety of plants on site at any one time, some traded stock and some own grown, so you'll be utilising your plant knowledge every day.They've recently had some exciting business developments which is great news for you.
They want you to say your opinions, produce ideas and help drive this new project forward.This role will see you supervising a team of six.It's a hands-on role where no two days are the same.What will I have done?
You'll be coming in with an understanding of hardy ornamental growing, and be comfortable utilising this knowledge, along with your spray certificates, to develop the team.As well as being plant oriented, it also has a big people element.
