Nursery Manager A position has become available for a Nursery Manager at a private childrens day nursery in Witham.
The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum 18 months nursery management experience, possessing strong management and leadership skills, as well as a sound working knowledge of Ofsted standards and the EYFS framework.
Nursery Manager - Position Details Your role will include: Overseeing the planning and development of the nursery setting Promoting a safe, caring, stimulating environment Supporting and promoting the provision of outstanding childcare Supporting staff development Liaising with the Local Authorities and other professionals associated with the nursery You will ideally have: Minimum level 3 qualification in Childcare such as EYE, NVQ, NNEB, CACHE or recognised equivalent Minimum 18 months nursery management experience Up to date knowledge of EYFS framework and regulations Comprehensive knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements Ability to identify priorities and meet outcomes What you can expect: Starting salary of £50,000.00 (negotiable) A range of employee benefits Ongoing In-house and external training and developmental opportunities Healthcare and pension To apply to this Nursery Manager position please submit your CV using the apply link.
