What We're Looking For To excel in this role, you will need: Level 3 Early Years Qualification (essential) .
Proven Experience : A strong background in early years care and management within a nursery setting.

Leadership and Team Management : Ability to manage, motivate, and support a team of practitioners, ensuring that they deliver high standards of care.

Your Role As a Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Leadership and Team Management : Lead and support your team to deliver high-quality care, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure best practices.
Operational Oversight : Oversee the smooth running of the nursery, managing daily operations, resources, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Planning and Delivery : Ensure that age-appropriate, creative activities are planned and implemented to support children's learning and development.
Monitoring and Assessment : Regularly assess children's progress, identifying areas for development and implementing individual learning plans.
