Nursery Manager

KiddyKare are looking for a Nursery Manager to join their small team in Slough.
The nursery has a small team of staff and a total of around 30 children.
Working 45 hours per week with a salary of up to £37,500 Benefits include: Free onsite parking 25 days holidays PLUS bank holidays Discounted Childcare Company get togethers Key Responsibilities: Leads and manage the whole settings team, motivating them with a shared sense of direction, pride and energy.
Develop and manage the operational framework and standards to ensure the smooth running of the setting at all times.
Ensures the required standards, ratios and conditions of registration are maintained at all times.
Manage the ordering of food, supplies and equipment to the required standards and within budget limits.
Work in partnership with the broader team, delivery of the care standards and educational programme on an on-going basis, taking into account any equality and diversity requirements.
Deliver childcare in a way that meets parents needs and work in partnership with them providing high levels of customer care at all times.
To provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children placed in the Setting.
Person Specification: A Full and Relevant childcare qualification.
Knowledge of Safeguarding and EYFS.
First aid, Basic food hygiene and safeguard training desirable.
2 years experience in an Early Years managerial position JTRA1_UKTJ
