Responsibilities of the Early Years Manager * To take full responsibility for staffing, induction, training,& development needs.
* To ensure systems are in place for accurate reporting and monitoring.
* To adhere to occupancy and financial budgets and targets.
* To ensure the Connect Childcare database system is accurate.
* To ensure the extra-curricular activities meet the requirements of the EYFS.
* To ensure the Nursery and all rooms adhere to staff ratios and staff deployment.
