Tradewind is currently seeking a skilled level 3 Early Years specialist to join our team as an Early Years Teaching Assistant.
The details about the role: Full-time position in an Early Years setting within a Wakefield school.
Starting in January 2025.
Long term position at least until the Christmas holidays.
Primarily based in the Nursery's pre-school, with support from a strong Early Years team.
Competitive pay rate ranging from £85 to £95 per day, dependent on experience Responsibilities include running interventions and leading activities in the settingThe school itself is led by a passionate Headteacher committed to fostering a positive learning environment and collaborative staff dedicated to achieving excellent outcomes for all children in their care with a strong emphasis on progress and development To be successful in this Early Years Teaching Assistant role, you must: Have a Good knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
Possess school-based experience in an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) setting.
Ideally hold a minimum of a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification, preferably level 3.
Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional reference check.
Provide a comprehensive CV with detailed employment and education history (including explanations for any employment breaks).
