We're hiring across three Poole locations for full-time positions in vibrant and supportive childcare settings.
About the Role We're looking for enthusiastic Nursery Assistants and Practitioners who are ready to bring their energy, creativity, and expertise to a variety of childcare environments.
You'll play a vital role in fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating space where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
What We're Looking For Experience: Proven experience working with babies and young children (0-5 years).
Knowledge: A solid understanding of childcare environments and setting clear boundaries.
Qualifications: Relevant qualifications are essential, such as: Level 2/3 Diploma for the Early Years Practitioner NCFE CACHE Level 2/3 Diploma in Early Years Education and Care BTEC Level 2/3 Diploma in Children's Play, Learning, and Development Pearson BTEC Level 2/3 Diploma for Early Years Practitioners City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma for Early Years Practitioners Montessori, Holistic Baby, and Child Care Diplomas What We Offer Comprehensive Training: Develop your skills with ongoing professional development.
