Nursery Area Quality Manager

Job Description An experienced Early Years Professional is being sought to support and develop and Best Practice, Training, Curriculum and support the Quality of the provision across our Nurseries throughout Scotland, as the Regional Quality and Curriculum Manager you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of provision within our Nurseries, ensuring development and delivery of the Curriculum for Excellence, leading our pedagogical approach across all our settings.
Developing and delivering training to support best practitioner as well as monitoring the development plans in each setting.
Other duties will be Company SENCO, supporting additional needs and all implementation of inclusion and best practice.
Working alongside the senior team, based on a 40 hr working week salary is up to £50k depending on experience plus £5k car allowance.
CC Nurseries are a growing Nursery Provider with nurseries in Scotland and England   Requirements Ideally, you will have Have a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare or equivalent Have at least 6 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery Have at least 2 years' experience of running a day Nursery, leading and supporting teams Have at least 1 years' experience of Multi-Site Support in delivery Quality and Best Practice Experience of Care Inspections, Internal and external audits Sound knowledge of the latest Curriculum for Excellence framework and regulations Can develop, deliver and support training through the nurseries Develop resources and activities to support the delivery of learning for all staff Support Quality Assurance Work alongside the Safety and Operational teams in supporting each setting to achieve best outcomes Clean Driving Licence Benefits A generous Benefits package is being offered which includes 35 days Annual Leave, inclusive of Bank Holidays and Xmas Closure Company Pension Performance Related Bonuses Employee Discounted Childcare Health Care Package High Street Discounts Company Car Allowance Flexibility to work around your life commitments Recognition and rewards to say thank you for a job well done Requirements Ideally, you will have Have a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare or equivalent Have at least 6 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery Have at least 2 years' experience of running a day Nursery, leading and supporting teams Have at least 1 years' experience of Multi-Site Support / Management Excellent knowledge of nursery manager, finances, recruitment, occupancy, marketings and Ofsted Inspections Experience of Care Inspections, Internal and external audits Can inspire, energise and support others Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn Sound knowledge of the latest Curriculum for Excellence framework and regulations A firm knowledge of Care Inspectorate standards and requirements Clean Driving Licence
