Nurse Manager Opportunity Dungannon Position: Nurse Manager Location: Dungannon Salary: £52,000+ per annum Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Are you a compassionate and caring Nurse looking to share your experience and lead a fantastic team of nurses?
What Youll Do As Nurse Manager, youll take charge of the day-to-day management of a dedicated care facility, ensuring high standards of clinical care, staff leadership, and operational excellence.
Your responsibilities will include: Leading and mentoring a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Managing care plans tailored to individual needs, promoting dignity and respect.
Overseeing staffing, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth operations.
Building relationships with residents and families, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
What You Bring Active NMC registration and a minimum of 5 years experience as a Registered Nurse 2 years minimum in a senior nursing role Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
Sound knowledge of statutory care requirements, particularly in elderly care.
Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
Passion for excellence in resident care and well-being.
