We're expanding our Regional Nurse Manager team and are recruiting four Nurse Managers to meet the growing demand for our nurse-led services.
The Role: As a Nurse Manager, you oversee a small caseload of complex care clients.
Our Nurse Managers work holistically with clinical excellence, focusing on building strong relationships with clients, families, and their care teams.
Your responsibilities will include managing their care plans, supporting the induction of new team members, and providing clinical care—such as tracheostomy, ventilation, spinal and ABI support and gastronomy management—flexibly when needed.
The overall goal of a Nurse Manager is to ensure that clients receive exceptional service from a well-trained, enthusiastic team of support workers and registered nurses who echo our values of a passion for quality, one family, and inspiring leadership.

CHCSNM Responsibilities To display consistent management and leadership skills working within Superior Healthcare's core values of Passion for Quality, One Family and Inspiring Leadership Maintain high standards of quality and governance within your designated area Work closely with commissioners to identify new care packages that will be suitable for our teams Participate in meetings with key personnel and build relationships and partnerships with locality managers Manage a team of Nurse Managers and Field Care Supervisors, support recruitment, and arrange/assist with inductions To provide leadership and management for the team of Nurse Managers, Field Care Supervisors and booking coordinators, ensuring personal and team development Collaborate closely with the Safeguarding Lead, offering advice and support to individuals and liaising effectively with Local Authorities and various agencies Lead the investigation process for incidents/safeguarding concerns and referrals, ensuring prompt and structured resolution in coordination with the Strategic Safeguarding Lead Working to ensure complaints/grievances, accidents and incidents are kept to a minimum, and that there is a satisfactory timely outcome for all Ensure the clinical on-call rota is covered with appropriate resources Be a backup for the Nurse Managers on call Ensure clients' care is provided at all times it is commissioned, including working within a care package yourself if urgently required Requirements Registered Nurse with valid NMC PIN Experience in supporting people who live with complex care needs and require enteral feeding, tracheostomy, ventilation, PICC lines and catheterisation Leadership and managerial experience or working towards a qualification Right to work in the UK Clean UK driving license Benefits of working for Superior Healthcare Blue light card - we'll pay for it We are a Real Living Wage Employer Earn a £50 voucher for every friend you refer who joins our team Thorough paid training and supported induction, with annual paid refreshers We help you save for Christmas Wellbeing support including up to 6 face-to-face counselling sessions In-house wellbeing team to support you 24/7 live chat and video calls with trained counsellors, and free financial and legal advice We reward Employees of the Month with a £100 voucher In-house womens health support Accumulate holiday pay as you work We match your pension contributions On-going paid CPD-training and clinical supervision to support revalidation requirements Employee events throughout the year, including breakfast clubs, summer BBQ and Christmas party Enjoy a company car for personal and professional use 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and your birthday!
