Overview We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Numeracy Educator to join our team at Longdon Hall School, a specialist day school for boys and girls aged 7-18 with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering numeracy lessons to students in accordance with the School's Curriculum framework and related policies.

Key Responsibilities Deliver numeracy lessons to individual students or small groups, promoting the physical, educational, and moral development of students in line with Company policies.
Contribute to the development and implementation of an environment and programme of learning for individual students, working closely with Learning Support Assistants/Tutors/Instructors and care staff to produce appropriate resources/teaching aids.
Manage challenging behaviour and enable students to develop self-control, ensuring effective working relationships with colleagues as a member of the School's multi-professional team.

Educational Requirements A relevant teaching qualification and experience in teaching numeracy to students with special educational needs would be highly desirable.
Salary Information The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
