NQA UK Business Development Advisor We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional who can infuse our business with fresh ideas and the passion to drive growth in the UK and Ireland markets.
Your role will be a remote based sale role.
Working as an integral part of the UK Business Development team, with a focus on engaging in telesales activities to foster future business opportunities and elevate the visibility of NQA's services.
You'll be working remotely while contributing to our sales objectives and supporting a diverse team of professionals.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Achieve individual and team sales targets for certification and training.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and consultants.
Deliver exceptional customer service for all NQA products and services.
Record sales leads and activities accurately in NQA's CRM tool.
Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and training teams to drive performance.
Support the Sales Manager with UK exhibitions and events.
Perform general administrative duties related to the role.
Essential Requirements: Proven experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work well under pressure.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence others.
Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
