This top ranked firm is currently seeking an additional Lawyer to join its Commercial Property Team in Edinburgh, focusing mainly on investment and asset management matters.The successful candidate will work closely with the Partner and will be a key part of the team.
You will have the opportunity to be involved in asset management for properties in a range of sectors, and will also have a role in portfolio acquisitions, disposals and asset management, real estate financing and corporate support work.Core tasks will involve –Responsible for asset management for various types of client/properties and with your own portfolio of workDrafting, negotiating and implementing sale and purchase contracts for a variety of transaction types including renewables, corporate occupier, development, investment and portfolio deals ranging across sectors such as logistics, retail and alternativesDrafting and negotiating options, agreements for lease and leases and implementing instructions from your clientsAnalysing and reporting on leases for investment acquisitionsAssisting with negotiation and implementation of development agreements and working with other members in other practice areas across the firm such as corporate, tax and construction
