Npd Project Manager

Title: NPD Project Manager - South West Package: Upto £40,000 + amazing benefits / perks + huge progression plan!
Overview: Due to recent substantial growth, our client is now seeking an NPD Manager to lead, plan, design, develop and launch new products.
You will manage your own client portfolio, managing projects, product development and product launches, working collaboratively with various internal departments (formulators, packaging, sales, marketing etc.)
to bring innovative products from concept to market.
Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple NPD projects from concept through production and launch.
Lead the product development process, ensuring projects are delivered on time.
Lead client project meetings, presenting progress updates, addressing concerns, creating agenda/notes and facilitating discussions to ensure client satisfaction and project alignment.
Adhere and maintain SOPS, company policies, health and safety and quality procedures.
Working collaboratively with the wider team, maintaining and developing strong relationships.
Optimise resources and timelines though the use of CPAs, identifying key milestones and dependencies within project plans.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Quality checking finished products.
Deliver exceptional service and a positive experience to clients in your portfolio.
