About the Role: Join our team as an NPD Kitchen Development Specialist, where you'll ensure the timely and efficient execution of all laboratory tests.
You'll play a crucial role in enhancing product performance by proposing innovative solutions for both new product development and the improvement of existing ones.
Your work will cater to a variety of internal needs, including market demands, sensory quality, and technological advancements, ensuring our products always meet the highest standards.

Main Responsibilities: As an NPD Kitchen Development Specialist, you'll manage the timely and efficient execution of all laboratory tests, ensuring they comply with evolving legislation and maintain analytical reliability to protect consumers.
You will be responsible for proposing solutions to improve various product aspects, including quality, technology, and sensory attributes.
Additionally, you'll revise semi-finished products to enhance their organoleptic properties and structure while potentially reducing procurement and processing costs.
You will conduct laboratory analyses, tests, and research projects aimed at controlling and improving products, supporting decision-making processes.
You will also analyse products developed by competitors and ensure the sampling required for tastings, sensory analysis, and taste tests.
Your role will involve detecting and constructing analysis databases and compiling statistics to support continuous improvement.
Furthermore, you'll oversee the technological evolution of new laboratory equipment, evaluating their benefits and proposing investments to enhance laboratory capabilities.

Who we are looking for: To be successful in this role, you should have experience in Food Product Development within a laboratory environment and familiarity with food manufacturing and process technology.
Experience in managing R&D change and transformation projects is essential.
You will need to be solution-oriented, with strong planning and organisation skills, and have exposure to various technology solutions.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and report writing is also required.
Additionally, a solid understanding of food safety protocols, including maintaining health and safety standards and ensuring a clean, organised workplace, is crucial.
