Job Description Position: Advanced Centre Coach Location: Cambourne Village College, Cambridgeshire Day: Every Tuesday Hours: 2 or 4 hours per session Minimum Qualification: UEFA C Licence (Level 2) About the Role: Norwich City Football Club is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced coach to join our Cambridgeshire Advanced Centre as part of our Football Development Programme .
The role involves delivering high-quality coaching sessions to aspiring young players, supporting their technical and tactical development in line with the club's philosophy and values.
Key Responsibilities: \n Plan and deliver engaging, game-related coaching sessions.
\n Develop players' individual skills, understanding of the game, and confidence.
\n Work alongside our Football Development team to identify and nurture talent.
\n Maintain professional standards at all times to represent Norwich City Football Club positively.
\n Requirements: \n Minimum UEFA C Licence (Level 2) qualification.
\n Experience working with young players in a development or academy setting.
\n Strong communication skills and ability to engage players of mixed abilities.
\n A valid FA Safeguarding Certificate and First Aid Qualification .
\n Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to undergo one).
