We offer a wide range of services from general family care and hygiene treatments to advanced procedures such as Invisalign, dental implants, teeth whitening, and full smile makeovers.

Our practice is built on a foundation of personalised care in a warm, welcoming environment, with the goal of helping every patient achieve a healthy, confident smile.\n\nWe are now looking for a talented and dedicated Dental Nurse or Trainee Dental Nurse to join our dynamic team.
Whether you are newly qualified or have equivalent experience, we are looking for someone who is flexible, proactive, and eager to grow within our supportive practice.\n\nYour Role:\nAs a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality clinical, administrative, and receptionist support, ensuring a positive experience for patients at every stage of their visit.
You will also mentor and support trainee nurses, helping to guide them through their training journey.

You will be a vital part of our practice, contributing to its smooth running while helping to deliver excellent care to our patients.\n\nWorking Hours:\nMondayFriday: 09:15 – 18:45\nTuesdayWednesdayThursday: 08:45 – 18:15\nSaturday: 08:45 – 17:15\n(Up to 1-hour lunch break included)\nMust be available to work 2 out of every 3 Saturdays, in addition to Monday – Friday shifts.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nGreet patients and visitors with a professional and welcoming attitude.\nPerform routine clinical duties as a modern Dental Nurse, including a dual role as Treatment Coordinator.\nSupport the organisation of nursing staff and ensure the practices compliance standards are met.\nTrack patient leads and inquiries via various platforms (GoHighLevel CRM, website, social media, etc.
).\nCollaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth, efficient care delivery.\nSchedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring the diary is optimally utilised.\nHandle patient enquiries and phone calls in a professional and enthusiastic manner.\nProcess payments and maintain accurate financial records.\nKeep patient records confidential and up-to-date.\nAssist with administrative duties, including completing consent forms, treatment plans, and uploading patient documents (e.g., X-rays, photos).\n\nRequirements:\nQualifications: Dental Nurse certification or experience as a Trainee Dental Nurse.\n\nExperience:\nFor qualified candidates: Proven experience in dental nursing and administrative duties.\nFor trainee candidates: Letter of enrolment, strong commitment to further training and development.\n\nSkills:\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong organisational abilities and keen attention to detail.\nProficiency in dental software and IT systems for scheduling and patient record-keeping.\nAbility to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.\n\nPersonal Attributes:\nAccountability, honesty, and punctuality are essential.\n\nApplication Requirements:\nMust be able to reliably commute to or plan to relocate to London prior to starting.\nGDC registration or intent to obtain one upon qualification (for trainees, a Letter of Enrolment is acceptable).\nMust be available to work 2 out of every 3 Saturdays in addition to weekday shifts.\nWilling to adapt to new cleaning and decontamination protocols.\n\nIf you are looking to develop your career in a supportive, friendly environment that values growth, collaboration, and patient care, we would love to hear from you.
