Job Description Senior Chartered Surveyor Newport £54,022.00 Per annum 37 hours per week Newport Norse, working in partnership with Newport City Council, is a highly successful company based in the city of Newport (South Wales), offering a full range of property and facilities management services to the public and private sectors.
The Senior Chartered Surveyor will assist in the delivery of asset management and valuation services to meet prescribed targets in accordance with all relevant policies, standards and legislation.
They will be responsible for providing effective day to day property and valuation advice to clients, and manage a caseload in accordance with initiatives and directives to maintain outputs of appropriate quality.
The role will provide advice, guidance, and mentorship to other members of the team, and be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of work.
Main Responsibilities To undertake valuations of all types of property transactions as required by the Client.
