Non Executive Director - Residential Development

I am on the lookout for an experienced leader in the real estate sector with a strategic mindset and a passion for innovation.
We are seeking a Non-Executive Director (NED) for a dynamic Real Estate Investment business that owns and operates a number of successful property development companies.
About the Role: As a Non-Executive Director, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the strategic direction of a successful North West Property Development entity.
You'll offer high-level advice, challenge decision-making, and bring an external perspective to ensure sustainable growth and sound governance.
This is a important piece to the jigsaw that will see this Regional development entity become a heavyweight with the UK's competitive development space.
Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic oversight and insight into real estate investment and residential development trends.
Work with the Board to set long-term goals and guide decision-making on property acquisitions, investments, and developments.
Challenge and support the executive team, fostering a culture of strong governance and risk management.
Leverage your network to identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and innovative approaches to development.
Ensure that ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) criteria are integrated into investment and operational strategies.
The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone who has: Proven board-level experience, ideally in residential property development.
A deep understanding of the property market, particularly within residential development and value creation.
A robust network within the property and investment sectors.
Strong financial acumen and experience with investment strategy and risk management.
Commitment to governance best practices and promoting a culture of transparency.
