Non-Contentious Construction – Edinburgh/Glasgow

Due to continued client growth, this new style, independent law firm is currently seeking a Lawyer to join its Non-Contentious Construction Team in either its Edinburgh or Glasgow office.
The team is responsible for providing advice to clients in both the private and public sectors on numerous non-contentious matters in the fields of energy, health, real estate, and education.The successful candidate can expect to provide professional advice on construction contracts including the drafting and negotiation of SBCC/JCT Building Contracts, NEC Engineering and Construction Contracts.
You will also be involved in subcontracts, collateral warranties, bonds and guarantees and professional team's appointments.
