With 150 staff and countless opportunities for career development, there's no better time to join us The Role As a Branch Manager/Regional Manager, you'll initially leverage your expertise to support and guide our consultants, helping them reach their goals and contributing to the branch's growth.
You'll play a hands-on role in their development, using your knowledge and proven track record in building successful education desks.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Development: Manage, mentor, and motivate recruitment consultants and staff, setting performance targets and conducting regular reviews to drive growth and professional development.
Training & Support: Provide ongoing training opportunities to enhance team skills, ensuring each consultant has the tools to succeed.
Business Development: Identify potential clients, pitch our recruitment services, and negotiate contracts to expand our client base.
Financial Management: Oversee the branch's budget, setting revenue targets, managing expenses, and ensuring profitability.
Strategic Planning: Develop short-term and long-term strategies to meet branch objectives and drive business growth.
Operational Management: Ensure smooth daily operations, including administrative tasks, office management, and IT systems.
Marketing & Branding: Work closely with marketing teams to implement social media and digital strategies that attract clients and candidates.
