No.1 Site Manager (Special Works | Main Contractor) | Oxford Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + car allowance / fuel card / package

I have an opportunity for a No.1 Site Manager to join a well-established Main Contractor on a permanent basis, working on projects throughout Oxford.
The company has been operating for over a century, carrying out a range of new build and refurbishment projects across multiple sectors including residential, commercial, healthcare, and education, up to £5m in value.
The business has a lot of work ongoing and in the pipeline and is looking to bring in a Site Manager to join their Special Works Division as soon as possible.
A lot of their projects are college and school refurbishments in occupied buildings, so they are looking for someone comfortable and familiar with this.
Experience: Experience working as a No.1 Site Manager for a reputable Main Contractor Track record working on education refurbishment projects up to £1m Familiar with working in occupied buildings Ideally, come from a carpentry background CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid Able to commute to and work in Oxford on a daily basis If you are a No.1 Site Manager and you are interested in this opportunity, please apply with an updated CV or call Rob on: 07733 529 573
