No.1 Site Manager | Special Works (Award Winning Main Contractor) | Permanent | Oxford Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + package

I have a great opportunity for a No.1 Site Manager to join the Special Works Division of an award-winning Main Contractor on a permanent basis, based out of their Oxford region.
The company operates throughout central and southern England, delivering quality D&B, new build, refurbishment, and restoration projects up to £20m in value.
They have been around for many years and have formed successful long-term partnerships with their clients by delivering efficient, high-quality projects. They work in a number of sectors including Education, Healthcare, Restoration, Commercial, Industrial, and Sports and Leisure.
They have a Special Works Division that carries out a range of refurbishment projects up to £1m in value, and they are looking for a No.1 Site Manager to come on board and oversee projects within this Division. The ideal person will have a strong track record working on smaller refurbishment/extension projects up to £1m in value.
