We are looking for a Multi Trade operative in the Ipswich area to work for a highly established social housing company in the area.
The position would be a permanent role and would involve working within social housing doing renovations and maintenance covering Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk.
The successful Multi trade operative will be responsible for: Working in void and tenanted properties Working individually and as part of a team when required Call outs on a rota basis Carry out fault fixing, construction, maintenance duties Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and in good condition Provide accurate and timely information on the progress of works that is easily understood by the customer The successful Responsive Supervisor will: Be NVQ Level 2 qualified in a core subject (carpentry/ plumbing/ electrical) NVQ Level 3 if Plumbing is qualification Aware of Health and Safety Regulation Skills in carpentry, plumbing and decorating Strong customer service skills Ability to work to deadlines Full UK drivers license Some benefits the Responsive Supervisor person will receive: Salary of £33,000 per annum, to rise after 12 months subject to performance Van and fuel card 24 days annual leave plus public holidays Pension scheme with employer contributions Life Assurance Voluntary health plans Employee Discounts Wellbeing support If you are interested in the Multi Trade role please apply online or call Chris on 0121 790 0986.
