Develop and implement individualised and person-centred care plans based on residents' needs and preferences.
Monitor and assess residents' health, promptly addressing any changes or medical concerns.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
Promote a positive and supportive work environment.
Qualifications and skills: At least two years Care Home experience Relevant nursing qualification (RGN, RMN or RNLD) Current registration with the NMC Well-developed clinical knowledge The ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team Professional confidence with a calm approach and the ability to set professional boundaries Strong communication skills Collaborative approach to your work Understanding of regulatory frameworks Salary: £21.68 per hour + overtime rates + benefits Hours: 42 - 48 hours per week, nights **Please note that we do offer visa sponsorships, however we currently have no visa sponsorships available at this time** If you want to be part of our Meallmore family and this sounds like you, please click apply.
