Nights Hygiene Operative

We are looking for Nights Hygiene Operatives to join our friendly team in Westerleigh.Working Hours: 38.75 hours/week, Monday - Friday starting at 5pm with staggered shifts thereafterAt Pilgrim's Westerleigh we offer competitive pay and a host of benefits!Benefits:Competitive Rates of Pay!Voluntary Overtime & Weekend hours paid at Premium Rates!Contract Type: Full-Time PermanentLife AssuranceExclusive Employee Discounts to hundreds of Hight Street Shops, Cinema tickets, travel, entertainment etc.Access to subsidised Staff Canteen serving hot breakfast and lunchKey Responsibilities:Undertake all aspects of factory cleaning and disinfect as requested by the Senior Supervisor.Ensure required hygiene standards are matched or exceeded.Operate and follow health and safety procedures, both in the use of chemicals and when dismantling / reassembling equipment.Always seek to minimise waste from chemicals and cleaning equipment.Skills and knowledge:Good understanding of hygiene requirements in a food factory environment, ideally fresh meat.The ability to work well as part of a team.Good communication skills.A willingness to adopt a flexible approach to work, being willing to take on new tasks as required.The ability to plan, organise and coordinate multiple tasks, achieving strict deadlines.Experience is not essential for this role as full training will be provided.If you are looking for an exciting career with a leading supplier in meat production then we would like to hear from you!
