The purpose of the Night team leader role will be to provide support to our Nottingham services working on a set shift pattern.
The night team leader will beexpected to visit multipleservices per shift to support wherever is needed.
You will be the main point of contact for all services during your shift where you will take on call responsibilities to offer advice and action the call as required.
Support the night team with queries, rotas, support & development sessions, scheduling training for your team and ensure observation are completed within the required timescale for your team.
You will also be the first responder in the event of a crisis, hospital admission, health concerns and increased monitoring if needed.
