Job Description Job Title: Night Supervisor Location: St Andrews, Scotland Contract: Permanent, Full-time We have a rare opportunity for a Night Supervisor to join our fantastic Front Office Team.
As Night Supervisor, you will oversee and supervise overnight services and security of guests and property in the absence of the Night Manager.
A little bit about what you will be doing: Provide operational supervision during the night and quality service to the standard experienced during the day.
Act as a point of contact for all guests during their stay and undertake management responsibilities at the resort.
Ensure the effective follow-up of all guest requests as dictated by the Fairmont standards.
Assist Night Manager in the training and development of the team and ensure that all matters, both positive and negative, are handled in a discussion/conversational manner as per company policies.
This will be performed via the creation and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures, 'one-on-one' colleague reviews, discussion forms, and ongoing departmental training.
Qualifications A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent English, both verbal and written.
Excellent presentation and customer relationship skills.
