Whatever's needed, you treat our guests as individuals, make them feel welcome and their stay special Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and team player skills Ability to work on your own and as part of a team Proactive, hands on' approach and reliable Excellent standards and able to follow the Companys Brand Standards Administering check-ins and check-outs Complete night audits Carry out all the necessary fire safety checks and patrol the grounds each night.
