Multi Skilled Night Engineer Local to Spalding, Boston, Holbeach, Bourne Up to £50,000 DOE Want to get off the 12 hours and join a team with a great team feel… We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a close-knit, family-oriented team on the night shift at a fantastic site I personally visited recently.

The role requires someone who is both mechanically and electrically skilled, with the ability to tackle issues that could affect production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities : Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to ensure seamless production.
Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults that could disrupt output.
Work closely with the team to improve processes and reduce downtime.
Leverage the newly implemented PPM system to maintain accurate records.
Manage and maintain the well-stocked, newly invested stores and inventory.
Ensure all work is completed to health and safety standards.
What you need: A recognised engineering qualification (preferably Electrical Bias) Extensive experience as a multi-skilled engineer with mechanical and electrical proficiency.
Familiarity with PPM systems and the ability to implement process improvements.
Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
Experience in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment.
