Auto enrolment pension scheme Your duties will include: Monitoring the reception desk and dealing with Front Office duties including running the night audit report, checking -in and checking out of guests, as well as Counting and balancing cash, credit cards and direct bill accounts.
Ensuring the safety and well-being of guests at night, maintaining the highest levels of courtesy and politeness.
Assisting with event setup and service.
Having a thorough understanding of all hotel systems and procedures and providing support as needed.
Being aware of weekly business in the hotel and maximizing sales opportunities for food, beverages, and rooms.
The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and efficient.
You will also have excellent communication skills with both colleagues and with customers.
