Our Night Porter role will enable you to support adults through helping them to gain a sense of identity & confidence.
Location: Sleaford HRS - 81 eastgate sleaford NG347EA Salary: Up to £22,192.38 per annum (based on a 100% FTE of £23,460.52 per annum) Contract: Permanent?Your week: 35 hours per week.?Snapshot of your roleThis is what your day will look like as our Night Porter:Build and maintain relationships with individuals and external agencies to encourage general wellbeing and social interaction.Offer assistance to our customers and other colleagues, including telephone support, monitoring of CCTV via remote view.Ensure that individuals are supported in understanding and managing their tenancy, maximising their income, paying their rent and utilities, reporting repairs, and using available facilities.
Supporting customers to maintain their accommodation partially with respect to keeping their property clean and tidy and not causing any anti-social behaviors.Carry out and record hourly security checks of the building.Ensure the security surveillance equipment is working efficiently and report any faults.Maintaining customers rent accounts, ensuring customers receive their rent arrears letter within time frame and all rent reports are submitted to the service manager weekly.
