JOB SUMMARY As a Night Manager in Reception, you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our guests.
Your tasks as a Night Manager will include but not be limited to: Acting without prior authority in all matters concerning the safety, security and well-being of our associates and hotel guests in the absence of senior management.
Preparation of different reports and having a good financial insight.
This is crucial to prepare the hotels financial reports overnight.
Establish a strong supervisory/managerial presence when she/he is the only manager in charge.
Completing the night audit in a timely and accurate manner.
Possess good judgement and able to act with autonomy when dealing with issues with our guests.
