Description Roseate Hotels & Resorts is looking to recruit a Night Manager to join The Roseate Edinburgh, Scotland.
The hotel is a 5 star luxury boutique hotel and part of "Small Luxury Hotels Collection".
The Roseate Edinburgh is located in the heart of Edinburgh, featuring 35 bespoke guest bedrooms and suites, a bar & restaurant, meeting room, lounge, conservatory and private gardens.

The Role: The Night Manager will be responsible in making sure the hotel's operation runs smoothly in the absence of senior management.
To be fully conversant with all emergency and security procedures within the hotel, and take charge of any situation that may arise.
To maintain the highest standards of service and operational efficiency within all areas of responsibility.
The average hours of employment are 42 hours (based on patterns 04 ON 04 OFF 07.45pm until 08.15am 12 hours shift) per week.
Duties and Responsibilities: Attending to guests' needs and requirements including check in and check out procedures.
Maintain presentation of key front of house areas Handle telephone enquiries including basic hotel reservations.
Process the Night Audit and the End of Day procedures, so that all transactions are posted and represent a correct record of the daily revenue.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for all residents, staff and customers of the Hotel during the night.
Excellent customer service skills.
Patrol the Hotel during the shift to ensure the environment is tidy and adheres to all health & safety regulations.
Provide an accurate handover to returning managers at the end of the shift.
Entry Requirements: Front Office experience within a 4/5* star environment is preferable.
