About the role We are looking for an experienced Night Duty Manager to join the 245 bedroom Bloc Gatwick.
Working 23:00 - 07:30 any 5 days out of 7 within a 40 hour week.
Duty Managers are responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the hotel, its guests and team .

Responsibilities include; Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the hotel, guests and team in the absence of the General Manager Supervision of accurate reception operation s , to include managing guest enquires , delivering friendly and professional customer service Demonstration of positive leadership characteristics to inspire Reception Team Members to meet and exceed standards Work closely with the reservations department to maximise sales and repeat custom at every opportunity Handling of complaints or queries relating to guests in an efficient and professional manner at all times, following the brand guidelines set out About you We're looking for someone who lives and breathes customer service and thrives on going above and beyond.
