This will include overseeing the night kitchen operations; participating in menu planning as well as being responsible for maintaining budgeted food and recipe costs; as well as training and developing other kitchen team members, all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
Sometimes our guests have special requests involving dietary requirements, off-menu requests and even special occasions.
