As a Night Care Worker with CrossReach's Services to Older People, you'll be right at the heart of ensuring our service users are comfortable, safe, and well-cared for throughout the night .You'll be part of a friendly, multidisciplinary team, delivering top-notch, person-centred care that aligns with CrossReach's caring and supportive Christian ethos ?.What You'll Be Doing:Your night will be all about ensuring our residents feel secure and supported.
From helping with personal care and assisting with equipment to keeping the environment cosy and clean , you'll be a vital part of their nightly routine.
You'll also keep an eye on their mental and physical well-being , making sure they stay active and healthy.You'll be there to handle any emergencies , greet visitors with a warm smile , and keep everything running smoothly with accurate record-keeping .

If you haven't got your SVQ 3 in Social Care yet, no worries—we'll support you in achieving it .

As we do our work in Christ's name the job you have applied for requires you to have a Christian faith and be able to work within and uphold our Christian Ethos.
This is an Occupational Requirement under Part 1 of Schedule 9 to the Equality Act 2010.
This post requires you to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks.
You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.
