As the Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel during the night shift.
You will handle guest check-ins and check-outs, process financial transactions, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable stay for our guests.
Key Responsibilities: Perform night audit duties including balancing accounts, reconciling financial transactions, and preparing reports for management.
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously.
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Monitor and ensure the security of the hotel during the night shift.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any guest requests or issues.
Maintain accurate records of room statuses and updates in the property management system.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
Provide a detailed handover to the morning shift to ensure continuity of service.
