NHS Acute Operational Improvement Delivery Manager Commencing in December, we are looking for an Acute Programme Delivery specialist to support the delivery of Operational Improvement objectives by providing programme support, governance and delivery assurance on site at an NHS Acute Trust in the North West of England.
PURPOSE You will use your skills as a Programme Support Officer or Project Manager to be the hub of the wheel for this Operational Transformation Delivery team, working flexibly and at pace whilst interacting with clinical and non-clinical Trust staff, the onsite programme team and our Consultancy HQ; you will be providing programme support, status updates, reporting and delivery assurance.
Support around the gathering and interpretation of data would also be appreciated.
THE DIFFERENCE is that you will be able to work Outside IR35 and be part of a Consultancy team working to improve Urgent Care pathways for the benefit of patients.This is an on site role in the North West of England.
THE ROLE IS BOTH INTERESTING AND CHALLENGING because no day will be the same!
You will need to balance interaction and support with the programme team, client, clinical and operational teams by working both hands on and with a flexible, "can do" approach.
TO DELIVER THIS we require a strong Acute Operations Project Manager who is used to the governance and assurance inherent to an NHS Acute PMO (Non Digital).
You are proactive, resilient and a self starter able to work with changing priorities.
Experience of Operational redesign, Operational improvement and Urgent Care Pathway transformation is required.
Experience of patient flow would be highly regarded.

EXPERIENCE: -Recent experience as a PSO/Project/Programme Manager who has dealt with delivery of Acute operational improvement in NHS setting -Strong data and interpretation skills -Ability to be hands on and visible -Excellent people skills with the ability to engage with clinical stakeholders at any levels.
