Job description Job responsibilities A day in the life of a Dental Nurse Advisor with DHU will involve:Working as a part of a compassionate & professional team.

Telephone triage of patients symptoms To be a successful Dental Nurse Advisor youll need:Qualified Dental Nurse Registered with the GDC Significant & varied Dental experience 2 years post registration Good Level of IT / PC skills Be motivated, passionate, positive, resilient, and determined to provide the best care.

** For this position you need to be available to complete 3 weeks of full time training, then a further 3 weeks covering a variety of shifts & hours to complete your in-house learning with DHU ***** Please include which site you wish to work at in your application*** Person Specification Working Base Essential In your application can you please include which site you wish to be based at, we have the following currently available Derby Chesterfield Oldbury Please be aware this role cannot accommodate remote working Qualifications Essential Qualified Dental Nurse registered with the General Dental Council Desirable Be computer literate and have excellent communication and listening skills Be calm and confident, able to think quickly and solve simple and complex dental enquiries in a calm and sympathetic manner.
You will also understand the importance of working in a team as well as working on your own.
Previous experience of telephone triage is preferred in an emergency setting Significant and varied Dental experience post registration
