Job Description As an NQT Supply Teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting the classroom teacher and enhancing the learning experience for students.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a variety of educational settings, develop your skills, and build your professional network.
Key Responsibilities: Assisting the classroom teacher with lesson preparation and delivery.
Providing one-on-one support to students who may need extra help.
Supervising students during classroom activities and breaks.
Supporting the management of classroom behaviour.
Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Assisting with administrative tasks as required.
Requirements: Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) status.
A genuine passion for education and supporting student development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Adaptability and flexibility to work in different school environments.
An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
Previous experience working with children is advantageous but not essential.
