Newly Qualified Pharmacist – Derby

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated newly qualified pharmacist to join a vibrant pharmacy team in Derby.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build your clinical and leadership skills in a fast-paced community pharmacy, providing excellent patient care while working in a supportive environment.
The role involves 40 hours per week, including alternate weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities: Accurately dispense medications and ensure compliance with legal and professional standards.
Provide expert advice on the safe use of medications and over-the-counter products.
Conduct Medicines Use Reviews (MURs) and New Medicine Service (NMS) consultations.
Offer clinical support to pharmacy staff and healthcare colleagues.
Ensure smooth pharmacy operations, including stock management and administrative tasks.
Provide excellent customer service and develop strong relationships with patients.
Promote health and well-being through public health initiatives and advice.
Stay up to date with current pharmacy guidelines and regulations.
Assist in the training and supervision of pharmacy assistants and technicians.
Work collaboratively with local healthcare providers to enhance patient care.
Requirements: MPharm degree and successful completion of the pre-registration year.
Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
