As an NPD Specialist, you will lead the development of new and exciting pet treat products, from concept to launch, whilst ensuring existing products maintain the high quality already in place.
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented professional with a passion for pets and product development.
A degree in Food Science, Animal Nutrition, or a related field.
Proven experience (2-3 years) in product development within the food, pet, or related industry.
Familiarity with regulatory standards in the pet food/treat industry.
Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and project management skills.
A genuine interest and understanding in pet health, nutrition, and well-being.
